What can I expect?
How long is a Deer Run Church service?
In total, a service at Deer Run is about 90 minutes in length. Services begin with the Deer Run Worship Team leading the church in music - song lyrics are projected onto the screen so you can sing along and/or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music portion of service is complete, one of our preachers will come out to share an encouraging and hope-filled message about Jesus. Following the message we have a song of decision and reflection followed by a time of remembrance around the Lord's Table as we share in communion each week.
What's the culture like at Deer Run?
Sunday's at DRCC are warm, inviting, and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest.
What about my kids?
We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week - and at DRCC Kids, we make this a priority. The other thing we make a priority is your children’s safety. Because of that, we have a detailed check-in process for our Deer Run Kids program that you'll set up the first time that you visit at the Welcome Center. You’ll want to leave yourself an extra ten minutes to get signed in for the Deer Run Kids experience. Deer Run Kids is offered during every Sunday service for kids ages infant through Grade 6.
